1.申请费和学费必须同申请表一同递交。申请费不退。费用必须用支票、现金或者银行汇票全额支付给 Wales College.
如果支票无法兑现，会另收取20美元。支票一次不兑现，学校从此将不再接受该学生的支票，学生在学校发生的一切费用均以现金形式支付。

ii)签证被拒证据，由加拿大大使馆或者最高委员会颁布
iii)所有原始资料，包括录取通知和学校颁发的全部收据
3.当学生在本学期内开始之前以合理原因退课，全部学费将会被自动转移到下学期。
如果学生在本学期课程开始之后决定退课，所有学费不予退还。
4.如果学生获得学生签证，但是决定不来学校注册，或者注册到其它学校学习，所有学费不予退还。
5.以上所有价格变动，不做另行通知。
我再次承诺我已经阅读、理解和接受关于本申请表上的一切有关学费和其它杂费所有条款。
二、英语部分合同翻译
1、Counterparts. No waiver or modification of this Agreement will be binding upon either party unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of such party and no failure or delay in enforcing any right will be deemed a waiver.

7、Inspection. Upon no more than five(5) days prior notice to Recipient, DMC or its designee may inspect and review the books and records of Recipient relating to Recipient’s compliance with this Agreement and interview any recipient of any Confidential Information under this Agreement. Such inspection will be conducted at DMC's sole expense. If the inspection reveals that Recipient is not in compliance with this Agreement, Recipient will(at its own expense) immediately implement an action plan to correct the non-compliance.
